Updated review of Lenovo TB3-710F
Let me reiterate my entire review in other words. I purchased the Lenovo TB3-710F from my local store back in 2016 because I was fed up of that generic Chinese tablet, Xtouch F81, which I got when my school used to use tablets to continue my elementary school and had Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.

That Lenovo tablet had Android 5.0 Lollipop installed with 8 GB storage and 1 GB RAM, and it was performing quite nicely until 2019 came.

Starting from that year, that tablet was slowing down constantly to the point that I couldn't bear it. I was suffering from the loss of storage space to install more apps as they get larger and larger and I was having trouble keeping all my Google Chrome tabs open. Apparently, it wasn't made to multi-task, or, if it could, could only do it on light apps.

It continued until I installed CyanogenMod 12.1. Despite some performance improvements, I still couldn't multi-task because it only has 1 GB RAM. I even had moments when each time I was switching tabs, all tabs crashed and had to be reloaded when I go back to them to finish my work.

You can't even write your blog on WordPress in this tablet, because it will constantly bog down to the point that you'll have to spend extra money to get a capable tablet or phone to do it.

All of these problems make you less productive because you had to wait to work less, which is something I loathe about this tablet. If you google "Lenovo TB3-710F RAM problem", you'll see review websites like GSMArena full of people complaining about the lack of storage and the lack of performance.

This tablet continued to give me problems until the day that I finally got a much better tablet that released this year, a Samsung Galaxy Tab S8.

From the day that I first started it up to now, and the device is able to multi-task properly and I don't have to keep waiting for an app to open or install. Not only it increased my productivity by more than 100x, but it also has so many useful features, like multiple windows (up to three apps at once with pop-up applications) and Samsung DeX! It can even run right from your tablet to transform it to the DeX desktop environment!

The Tab S8 that I have is a massive improvement over my Lenovo TB3-710F, making the latter tablet useless.

My opinion: Never purchase TB3-710F; instead, I recommend you purchase the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series.

Please save your money and hours you…
Please save your money and hours you will spend on the phone with an outsourced tech team to solve all the issues you will run into with a Lenovo.. I purchased an X1 Carbon I7 for about $1800 USD and even had a repair bill through their depot for $750. The design is sleek which drew me in but boy was I wrong and in store for countless headaches in the future.. DO NOT BUY LENOVO. You have been warned.

Massive warning for people
Please listen to this review
When I phoned Levono on the advice of Argos after my Levono laptop broke after 2 years, they offered a fix for almost the price of the laptop and then offered an extended warranty as an option... PLEASE dont listen its a con... if you pay for an extended warranty on an item that is broke it will be worthless!!!! This is a scam. If you have a levono that is corrupted and this happens alot... bite the bullet and next time go for a better brand and if you get a warranty, make sure its when the item is working not broke.

TERRIBLE experience
TERRIBLE experience, I've been waiting for a laptop for 45+ days. Originally it was going to ship in 10-12 days and since they've moved my estimated shipping date 5 times. Customer support has no idea of what is going on, they keep saying this is the final change, any further changes would be to ship earlier which is BULL This only contributes to an even worse customer experience.
I would NEVER buy from them or recommend them.

I bought lenovo s540 back in 2020, its a good laptop so far, but the problem which am facing now is that i couldnt able to find the parts or the battery now. thats so sad to know that such a big companies like lenovo discontinue the parts so soon after the release of the product.

Overall, very impressed with the product!

I haven't used Lenovo tech support or customer services.

5 Stars from me, but it's all down to the product and speedy 24 hour weekend delivery.

Constant issues unresolved and incompetent customer service
The laptop purchased in November last year is in need of yet another repair and although I paid for the premier service which means 'at home repair', for some reason, it will follow the regular route anyway and needs to be sent for days for the repair. Dealing with customer service is another 'perk' - they are rude, lack basic knowledge and focus hard on being unhelpful. Avoid Lenovo at any cost!

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT, FAULTY PRODUCT
The smoothness of the purchase surprised me.
I bought an X1 Carbon 9th gen.

I got performance issues in the beginning and tried to return it because of this. They had no intention to let me return anything.

Then now, about 9 months after purchase, my touchpad failed. The left-click doesn't work.
What do they suggest? To have it sent for 3 weeks for reparation. What am I supposed to do for 3 weeks? As a software engineer 3 weeks without your primary computer does not come easy.
I suggested that they would send me a new touchpad so that I can install it on my own. They just replied that the touchpad is not a part that they send due to their T&C. Worst customer experience ever.
It's such a shame that they have this mindset and don't try to make their faulty products repaired with ease.

DON'T BUY!

Lenovo lack of PREMIER Warranty
Lenovo Warranty

I purchased a Legion 5i (17”) with GTX 1660 Ti 81Y80005 US for $1,209.46, so it wasn’t a cheap laptop by any means. Within 6 months the blue screen of death occurred the laptop would not start up. When I bought the laptop Lenovo’s PREMIER service support came with the machine. I contacted Lenovo’s PREMIER service support.
The PREMIER service support agent told me I needed to pack up the laptop and send it to them for repairs. I asked for my money back since this happened so early in the life span of the laptop, I was denied. I asked for a new laptop, again I was denied. I was told there was nothing their PREMIER service could do and to send the laptop back to Lenovo. Anything but PREMIER service.
I am a disabled Vet on a fixed income with my spouse who is also disabled. We use the laptop daily for medical appointments, ordering medicine, bills, ect. We lost all that information.
I contacted Lenovo PREMIER service once again. This time I got someone on the phone who decided to help me make a restore usb image. I did this on a dell backup laptop that is 10 years old and still works, that laptop replaced a dell laptop that was out of warranty but dell replaced it. It took two days to get this laptop running. But a least I got someone who was willing to help. I guess willing is PREMIER service.
I spent over 1,200 on a machine that crashed within 6mo. I again requested my money back or a new machine, both denied. I was denied help, until I persisted. I then asked PREMIER service for a warranty extension since I have lost confidence this laptop will last. I was sent an email asking why I needed an extension on my warranty, I explained basically what I have explained here. I was offered a 30-day Warranty extension. 30 days is a slap in the face Lenovo PRIEMIER service.
I have bought office chairs, hue lights, tablet all from Lenovo. This is the first time I have has to use Lenovo’s warranty service. I will not purchase anything else from Lenovo because all is fine until you need support. Or in my case lack of it. Do not buy products from Lenovo. There isn’t any support if it goes bad. PREMIER service or lack of any service. Thank you Lenovo PREMIER service for the 30 day warranty extension After all my purchase’s and my $1,200 purchase that crashed within 6mo. STAY AWAY, STAY CLEAR of purchasing anything from LENOVO.

3 Products Owned - Never number 4
Having purchased three Lenovo products in the past and having no problems I did not hesitate to purchase my forth when needed. My guess is that the first three not having any problems so I did not have to deal with customer service. This laptop was a terrible problem, but putting that aside what was worse was dealing with the HR and supervisor employees. They did not know their product, gave no help at all, did not care in the slightest and to top it off were nasty, the supervisor would not even give me her name. Needless to say the forth item will be returned and I will find another brand to purchase. Lenovo should look into who they have representing their company. I am sure after one call to any of their employees they will not repeat the mistake and purchase their product.
